eGovernment Days 2010: Conference Program published

The full program of the eGovernment Days 2010 conference has been published. The 8th Eastern European eGovernment Days conference theme: Changing Concepts & eGovernment as a Service will be held in Prague City Hall from the 21st April 2010 through to the 23rd April 2010.
The conference program on Friday 23rd April 2010 in the parallel session 4C titled: eGovernance & Social responsibility contains a paper on the European Commission commissioned study on exclusive arrangements within the Czech Republic
